  Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Rebid for the Supply and Delivery of Promotional Polo Shirts, T-Shirts, Sportswear Uniforms to Eversley Childs Sanitarium and General Hospital (Framework Agreement)
  
  1) The Eversley Childs Sanitarium and General Hospital, through the General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos Only (PhP 1,680,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Promotional Polo Shirts, T-Shirts, Sportswear Uniforms to Eversley Childs Sanitarium and General Hospital (Framework Agreement). Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot/item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2) The Eversley Childs Sanitarium and General Hospital now invite bids for Supply and Delivery of Promotional Polo Shirts, T-Shirts, Sportswear Uniforms to Eversley Childs Sanitarium and General Hospital (Framework Agreement) using the framework agreement.
