Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR REBID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PLANTING MATERIALS (PURPLE YAM SEEDLINGS)

1) The Bureau of Plant Industry (BPI), through the PSS-HVCDP-Purple Yam Seedlings intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Pesos (2,999,970.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rebid for the Supply and Delivery of Planting Materials (Purple Yam Seedlings). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Bureau of Plant Industry (BPI) now invites bids for the above project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Fifteen (15) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years (from CY 2023 to present) from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a single contract or an aggregate of at most three contracts similar to the Project to be bid, equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC.
