1. The DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION - DIVISION OF AGUSAN DEL NORTE,
the issuance of the Authority to Procure by a memorandum dated June 27, 2024, from the Office of the Undersecretary for Finance, Annalyn M. Sevilla, and the Office of Undersecretary Epimaco V. Densing III, mandating this division to proceed with procurement while awaiting the Sub-ARO.
