Description : SCOPE OF WORKS:
1. CONDUCT SITE INSPECTION.
2. PULL-OUT OF TURBINE GUIDE OIL COOLER FOR THE ACTUAL MEASUREMENT NO DRAWING NEEDED.
(RE-TUBING OF TURBINE GUIDE OIL COOLER BASE ON ACTUAL DIMENSIONS).
3. CUTTING OF TUBES TO ITS DESIGNED LENGTH.
4. MACHINING OF TUBE BOTH SIDE.
5. HONING OF HOLES TO MIRROR FINISH.
6. INSERTION OF TUBE HOLES TO THE UNIT AND EXPANSION OF TUBE BOTH ENDS.
7. INSTALLATION OF GASKETS AND O-RINGS.
8. ASSEMBLING OF END COVERS, UPPER AND LOWER PORTION OF BEARING COOLER.
9. HYDROSTATIC TESTING OF COOLERS AT 7.5kg/cm2 FOR MAXIMUM OF 24 HRS.
10. PRESSURE MONITORING OF AT LEAST 24 HRS OF NEWLY RE-TUBE TURBINE GUIDE OIL COOLER IS FREE
ANY LEAKAGES.
11. CLEANING AND REPAINTING OF BEARING COOLERS.
12. DELIVERY TO AGUS 6 & 7 HPPC WAREHOUSE.
