1) The Municipality of Pinabacdao, through the 2026 MDF intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (Php3,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Re-Routing of Brgy. Pelaon FMR. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Pinabacdao now invites bids for Re-Routing of Brgy. Pelaon FMR - Concreting of 174m x 2.5m x 0.20m Farm to market road (1 lane) with foot bridge in Brgy. Pelaon , Pinabacdao, Samar). Completion of the Works is required 150 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
