Invitation to Bid for the Procurement and Installation of Legislative Tracking System - E-Record Management Information System.
1. The Municipality of Gen. MacArthur, through the LGU Funds intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 200,000.00) being the Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement and Installation of Legislative Tracking System for the use of Sangguniang Bayan Office, Gen. MacArthur, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Gen. Macarthur now invites bids for the above-mentioned project. Completion of Works is required 20 calendar days. Bidders should have completed within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipts of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in Bidding Documents, particularly in Instruction to Bidders.
