The Department of Public Works and Highway Davao Oriental 1st District Engineering Office, through the FY 2025 REGULAR INFRA PROGRAM intends to apply the sum of Php144,750,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 25LF0102 - Construction of Flood Control along Cateel River (Tina Section, San Rafael), Cateel, Davao Oriental Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
