1) The St. Anthony Mother and Child Hospital (SAMCH), through the Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of Five Million Two Hundred Nine-Two Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty-Two Pesos and Seventy-Six Centavos only [Php 5,292,722.76] being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Re-bidding for the Supply and Delivery of Various Food Items, consists of two (2) lots, as follows:
