Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
RE-BIDDING FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES FOR THE COLLECTION AND TREATMENT OF HAZARDOUS WASTE

1) The St. Anthony Mother and Child Hospital, through the Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos only [Php 4,000,000.00] being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Re-bidding for the Provision of Services for the Collection and Treatment of Hazardous Waste. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The St. Anthony Mother and Child Hospital now invites bids for Re-bidding for the Provision of Services for the Collection and Treatment of Hazardous Waste. Delivery of the Goods is required until December 2025. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
