Description : Invitation to Bid for [Re-Bidding] Procurement of Semi-Expendable Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Equipment and ICT Office Supplies for the Official Use of the Human Resources and Management Office of the Department of Foreign Affairs
1. The Department of Foreign Affairs, through the General Appropriations Act FY 2025 and FY 2024 Continuing Appropriations, intends to apply the sum of Six Million Three Hundred Eighty-Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety Pesos (PHP 6,387,790.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the [Re-Bidding] Procurement of Semi-Expendable Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Equipment and ICT Office Supplies for the Official Use of the Human Resources and Management Office of the Department of Foreign Affairs. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
