The DEPED, Schools Division of Sorsogon City, through the SARO- ROV-25-0013729 , intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million Ninety Nine Thousand pesos (Php15,099,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Re Bidding - Procurement of Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Product for the Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel of SDO Sorsogon City with identification number 008-25 -GOODS-HMO Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
