FIGHTING EQUIPMENT

1. The DEPED, Schools Division of Sorsogon City, through the DPRP Sub-ARO No. 049, RA 11975 - FY 2024 GAA, intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Twenty Five Thousand pesos (Php825,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Re Bidding - Procurement of Fire Fighting Equipment with identification number 002-25 -GOODS-DPRP. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
