1. The DENR R13, Regional Office, through the BD Corridor Project Fund 171 intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Pesos (Php12,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Consultancy Services in the Mainstreaming of Integrated Ecosystem Management (IEM) Framework into Sub-National Planning Instrument for the DENR-UNDP/GEF Project on Integrated Approach in Management of Major Biodiversity Corridors in the Philippines otherwise known as the Biodiversity Corridor Project/2025-12-03. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
