1. The DENR R13, Regional Office, through the BD Corridor Project Fund 171 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Pesos (Php8,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Consultancy Services in the Formulation/Updating of Ancestral Domain Sustainable Development and Protection Plan (ADSDPP) of Priority Ancestral Domain in Eastern Mindanao Biodiversity Corridor for the DENR-UNDP/GEF Project on Integrated Approach in Management of Major Biodiversity Corridors in the Philippines/2025-12-02. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
