RE-BID FOR THESUPPLY OF MEDICINES AND MEDICAL SUPPLIES FOR WALK-IN CLIENTS (CY 2025)

1.The Local Government Unit of Arakan, through the GENERAL FUND FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Twelve Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-Six Pesos (php 412,486.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY OF MEDICINES AND MEDICAL SUPPLIES FOR WALK-IN CLIENTS (CY 2025) with Project Identification Number 2024-G-65. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.

2.The Local Government Unit of Arakan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 45 Calendar Days upon receipts of the Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to a project from the date of submission and receipt of bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders).
