RE-BID: SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF SWINE FEEDS
1. The Municipal Government of Malita, through the MAO - Swine Feeds (Trust Fund) intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Eighty-four Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos Only (Php 1,984,800.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Swine Feeds / R2504-291. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Malita, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Sixty (60) calendar days from the receipt of approved Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
