Description : 1. The Bureau of Soils and Water Management , through the General Appropriation Act for CY
2024 intends to apply the sum of:
being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Re-bid
of Supply, Delivery and Installation of Solar Powered Irrigation System (SPIS) for the
Locally Funded Project under FY 2024- Development of Upland Irrigation System and
Small Water Irrigation and Impounding Project - IB No. BSWM 2025-02-038. Bids
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Bureau of Soils and Water Management now invites bids for the above Procurement
Project. Completion of the Works is required as stated in Section VI. Bidders should have
completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained
in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
