1.The Environmental Management Bureau V, through the General Appropriate Act 2025 intends to apply for the sum ONE MILLION THREE HUNDRED THREE THOUSAND (PhP1,303,000.00) PESOS being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PURCHASE REQUEST FOR THE AIR SAMPLER (TSP, PM 10, PM 2.5) FOR OFFICIAL USE OF AMTSS bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Environmental Management Bureau V, now invites bids for the above Procurement Request. Delivery of the goods is required to start on the Notice to Proceed date. The above-mentioned goods are needed at the Environmental Management Bureau V on the said date.
