INVITATION TO BID FOR
(RE-BID) PROCUREMENT AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS FERTILIZERS UNDER DIFFERENT AGRICULTURAL SUPPORT PROGRAMS

1) The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF LAAK, DAVAO DE ORO, through the ANNUAL BUDGET FOR FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (₱900,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for (RE-BID) PROCUREMENT AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS FERTILIZERS UNDER DIFFERENT AGRICULTURAL SUPPORT PROGRAMS UNDER PB(G) PR NOS. 25-622, 25-623, and 25-624. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
