1. The Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), through the Approved Budget for CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION SEVENTY FOUR THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY FOUR PESOS (₱1,074,974.00), VAT Inclusive, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the One (1) Year Contract for the Monthly Preventive Maintenance Service of Twelve (12) Units Mitsubishi Escalators and Three (3) Units Mitsubishi Elevators (APP2025-MC-45). Bids received in excess of ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
