Description : 1. Municipality of Dumanjug, Cebu through the GAD Fund intends to apply the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS ONLY (700,950.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for GOODS 2025-09-038 PROCUREMENT OF COMMERCIAL FEEDS FOR NATIVE CHICKEN,CATTLE,GOAT & SWINE PRODUCTION IN SUPPORT TO FARMER ASSOCIATION (MEMBER) WOMEN FARMER. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Dumanjug now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 15 Calendars Days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within (1) One Year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
