1) The City Government of Olongapo through the Local Fund of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Seventy Eight Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (P/2,978,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for RE-BID FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF COMPLETE DENTAL PROSTHESES (DENTURE) SERVICES CY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
