1) The Municipality of Compostela, through the Supplemental Budget No.1 (20% Development Fund) CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos Only (970,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Re-bid: Construction of Perimeter Fence of Tennis Court - Sports Complex, Poblacion. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Compostela now invites bids for Re-bid: Construction of Perimeter Fence of Tennis Court - Sports Complex, Poblacion. Completion of the Works is required 90 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
