1. The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Provincial Government of Quirino, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Php 2,999,633.78 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PB-CW-2025-099 (Re-advertised) Repair/Improvement of Quirino Province Medical Center, Mangandingay, Cabarroguis, Quirino. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Provincial Government of Quirino now invites bids for the aboved Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required by 60 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
