The Department of Public Works and Highways, Iloilo City District Engineering Office, through the GAA FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Six hundred Five Thousand Five hundred Pesos Only (Php 2,605,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rainwater Collector System Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
