Terms and Conditions:
1. That the winning bidder shall deliver LPG tanks and or LPG refills as specified in the Purchase Order. All items must comply with the required size, weight, and safety standards.
2. That the winning bidder shall deliver LPG tanks new, standard-approved, and leak-tested.
3. Refills must contain clean and high-quality LPG, compliant with Department of Energy (DOE) and Bureau of Product Standards regulations.
