1. All activities must conform to the straight line diagram, specifications and the approved schedule of works or as needed upon
instructions of PEO.
2. Coordinate with the PEO for site inspection prior to bidding. Certificate of Site Inspection will be issued by the PEO.
3. Coordinate with the PEO representative before the specific physical works will be performed.
4. Project supervision will be conducted by PEO representative.
5. The winning Community-Based service provider will be responsible for the documentation to the project as attachment for billing
such as photo documentation.
6. All physical work accomplishment must be inspected by the Provincial Inspectorate Team.
