Description : One (1) Lot Preventive Maintenance of Water Station for (twelve) 12 Months CY 2025-2026

Scope of Work:
a. Monthly regular check-up of equipment
b. Monthly water quality monitoring such as TDS, PH & Hardness
c. Monthly equipment calibration
d. Consultation & Recommendation
e. Monthly regeneration of water softener
f. Monthly Change of Filter
g. Backwashing of multimedia Filter
h. Monthly Bacteriological test for total coliform, fecal coliform and heterotrophic plate count
i. Annual refill of resin and media filter
j. Quarterly cleaning of membrane or as needed
k. Provide service membrane and pumps as needed
l. Annual replacement of UV Lamp

NOTE: Bidders must have an ocular inspection certification to be provided by the Engineering Section.
