Description : Quarterly Preventive Maintenance of Airconditioning Equipment
Wall mounted type - 9 units
Floor mounted type - 15 units
Ceiling Cassette type - 14 units
Window type - 7 units
Note:
*Maintenance shall be conducted every 2nd month of the quarter;
*Maintenance shall be conducted during weekends, except for AC located at DWD Eco-Living and Nature Park, andmaintenance personnel shall be accompanied by AGSD employee;
*Name/s of personnel that will enter DWD premises shall be submitted to DWD prior to the conduct of maintenance;
*Any damage occurs to the DWD during the maintenance process, the supplier shall be responsible for covering thecosts of repair or replacement.
*Billing Statement or Statement of Account shall be forwarded to DWD a week after the conduct of maintenance forthe processing of payment; and
*Payment will be based in the actual number of AC maintained/cleaned.
