1. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), through the authorized appropriations under 2024 National Expenditures Program (NEP), intends to apply the sum of Seventy-Two Million Six Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (Php72,675,600.00) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Quarterly Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of Baler, Benguet and Daet Weather Radars; Quarterly Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of Hinatuan Transmitter and Receiver Units; Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Replacement Parts”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
