1 Quarterly Quarterly Preventive Maintenance Service of Fire Detection and Alarm System at Valenzuela Medical Center - Hospital Building
Scope of Work:
1. ENGINE
A. The service provider shall furnish all tools, labor and supervision necessary for the preventive maintenance of fire detection and alarm system (FDAS) at Valenzuela Medical Center - Hospital Building
All works shall include but not limited to the following:
1. Check connectivity of wiring/system, functionality tests of all devices
2. Initiating Devices: Inspection and Cleaning of Smoke Detectors, Heat Detectors, Supervisory Devices, Waterflow Devices, Manaul Pull Station
3. Check-up and cleaning of Fire Alarm Bell. & Push Button/Horn/Strobe Light. Wipe out, Chemical contact cleaner, Air blower, Vacuum Cleaning
4. Check-up and cleaning Fire Alarm Control Panel
5. Inspection of Fuse Terminals and Primary Power Supply
6. Inspection of Panel trouble signal LED's and Lamps
7. Inspection of battery (Swelling or Loose Connection)
