 The service provider must have the required experience and expertise to carry out the preventive and corrective maintenance services (preferably with five (5) star rating/classification);
 Must be in business of air-conditioning preventive and corrective maintenance services for at least three (3) years;
 Must have proven track record in rendering efficient and satisfactory works; and
 Must have skilled/competent technicians with at least two (2) years working experience in air-conditioning preventive and corrective maintenance.
