-Check-up, calibration and lubricating parts inside the units
-diagnostic, testing and checking of functional mechanism to keep the machine in normal operating condition
-free labor for installation of replacement of parts
3. Quarterly submission of Reports & Recommendations
4. Prompt response upon request/ calls in case of machine breakdown
