Description : Supply, Delivery and Administration of Quadrivalent Influenza Vaccine: 266 VIALS/DOSE

Requirements:

• Influenza Quadrivalent Vaccines
- Single dose of 0.5ml, pre-filled syringe with needle
- FDA Registered
- It must have one (1) year of protection against the two strains of Influenza virus and be of known legal/authorized brand in the Philippines
- It must have a manufacturing date of CY 2025. Expiration date of the vaccines must be at least six (6) months from the delivery date.

Deliverables of the Supplier:

• The supplier shall deliver and administer onsite 266 doses of Quadrivalent Influenza Vaccines per the approved specifications to IPOPHL office located at Intellectual Property Center, #28 Upper McKinley Road, McKinley Hill Town Center, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.
• The supplier must ensure that the vaccinators are licensed nurses and should operate under the supervision of a physician. Consequently, the supplier must provide IPOPHL with photocopies of the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) licenses of the vaccinators and physicians.
