I. General Requirements
The supplier must have been in the IT business for at least ten (10) years and is an authorized reseller of the product/unit being offered for at least three (3) years

The supplier must have an active ISO 9001 certification at the time of the offer

All equipment and components should be brand new (not clone, imitation, or illegally assembled) and should be the latest product offering of the specific device manufacturer in the market at the time of the offer

The model-s spare parts and components should be available in the market for a period of at least three (3) years from the date of the contract

The Interactive Kiosk is manufactured by an ISO 9001 or ISO 9002 certified company and continuously compliant for the past five (5) years prior to the offer
