Necessary Requirements:
• Quarterly preventive maintenance
• Online and on-site support 24/7
• Repair service of faulty parts and components
Coverage: One (1) year Preventive Maintenance (PM) upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP), Job Order/ Purchase Order, or similar notice OR upon expiration of existing Maintenance Agreement (MA), whichever is later;
Quarterly PM on the following:
• Provision of unlimited technical support and assistance through onsite visit (within 4 hours in MM), online or remote (within 1 hour) for 1 year; 24/7 support;
• General checkup of the equipment or hardware, program or software, and features;
• Conduct of complete diagnostic routine, health check, and corrective maintenance;
