Invitation to Bid for the Procurement of 370 sets Maneuverable Canopy, Model 1 “Haribon” for the Philippine Army- 2nd Re-Bidding

1.The Philippine Army, through the Philippine Army Appropriation FY 2024 with ASA No. 2200-2025-0059, fund source: RA 11975 (continuing) valid until 31 December 2025 intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED SIXTY-SIX MILLION SIX HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO THOUSAND PESOS (PhP266,632,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of 370 Sets of Maneuverable Canopy, Model 1 “Haribon” for the Philippine Army- 2nd ReBidding under QM PABAC1 077-24. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
