Description : 1. The Philippine Army, through the Philippine Army Appropriation CY 2025 with ASA nr. 2200-2025-0097 dated 24 January 2025 with Fund Source: RA 12116, intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Five Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Pesos (PhP12,598,740.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of 6,363 ea Filter, Individual Water Straw under QM PABAC1 064-25. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Philippine Army now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP) by the supplier, which date shall not be later than seven (7) days from the issuance of NTP. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
