Invitation to Bid
for the Procurement of 311 each battery, 6tn
(maintenance free)
1.The Philippine Army, through the General Appropriations Act for FY 2024 with ASA number 2200-2025-0051 dated 20 January 2025 valid until 31 December 2025, intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED PESOS (PhP4,671,800.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of 311 each Battery, 6TN (Maintenance Free) under QM PABAC1 046-25. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Philippine Army now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required sixty (60) calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP) by the supplier, which date shall not be later than seven (7) days from the issuance of NTP.
