Invitation to Bid for the Procurement of 109,879 PAIRS
PA Combat Boots, OD for Field Use

1.The Philippine Army, through the Philippine Army Appropriation CY 2025 with ASA nr. 2200-2025-0037 dated 16 January 2025 with Fund Source: RA 12116 with OG10 Certification dated 21 May 2025 valid until 31 December 2025, intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Twenty-Nine Million Six Hundred Thirty-Seven Thousand Pesos (PhP329,637,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of One Hundred Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-Nine (109,879) pairs of Philippine Army Combat Boots, Olive Drab for Field Use. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
