Invitation to Bid for the Procurement of
Filter, Individual Water Straw

1.The Philippine Army, through the Philippine Army Appropriation CY 2025 with ASA nr. 2200-2025-0191 dated 14 March 2025 with Fund Source: RA 12116 with OG10 Certification dated 09 May 2025 valid until 31 December 2026, intends to apply the sum of Three Million Three Hundred Sixty-Six Thousand Pesos (PhP3,366,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of 1,700 ea Filter, Individual Water Straw under QM PABAC1 041-25. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Philippine Army now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP) by the supplier, which date shall not be later than seven (7) days from the issuance of NTP.
