1.The Philippine Army, through the Philippine Army Appropriation FY 2025 with Certification from G10, PA dated 02 August 2024 valid until 31 December 2025, intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-TWO MILLION FORTY-TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS & 00/100 (PhP172,042,500.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of 49,155 sets Philippine Army Pattern (PHILARPAT) Battle Dress Uniform (BDU) 2 with Ball Cap under QM PABAC1 028-25. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
