1.The Philippine Army, through the Philippine Army Appropriation CY 2025 with OG10 Certification dated 04 September 2024 valid until 31 December 2026, intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Nine Hundred Fifty-Nine Thousand One Hundred Pesos (PhP12,959,100.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of 6,545 ea Filter, Individual Water Straw- Rebid under QM PABAC1 027-25. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Philippine Army now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP) by the supplier, which date shall not be later than seven (7) days from the issuance of NTP.
