1. The Philippine Army, through the Philippine Army Appropriation CY 2025 with Certification from OG10 dated 02 August 2024, intends to apply the sum of TWENTY-SIX MILLION SIXTY-FOUR THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED PESOS (PhP26,064,400.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procuremnt of PA Mess Kit, Austenitic Stainless Steel under QM PABAC1 007-25. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
