INVITATION TO BID
FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF WAREHOUSE AMENITIES (REBID)

1.The Philippine Army, through the Philippine Army Appropriation CY 2025 with ASA number 2200-2025-0096 dated 24 January 2025 valid until 31 December 2026, intends to apply the sum of FIFTY-NINE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX PESOS and 98/100 (PhP59,732,636.98) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Warehouse Amenities under QM PABAC1 003-25. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Philippine Army now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required one hundred twenty (120) calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP) by the supplier, which date shall not be later than seven (7) days from the issuance of NTP.
