TERM OF REFERENCE
I.OBJECTIVE
1.To provide notarial services for university documents requiring notarization in order to ensure their legal validity and to establish a trusted public record for official or legal purposes
2.To offer accessible notarial services to students and employees for university-related and/or required documents
II.QUALIFICATIONS OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER
The prospective service provider must meet the following minimum qualification:
1.Must be a duly registered law firm in the Philippines and compliant with all legal requirements applicable to recognized legal office
2.The firm must have a minimum of two (2) Attorneys-at-law
3.All Attorneys must be members of he Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP)
