1. Background The University's Registrar's Office previously operated a system hosted on a local server, which is now
experiencing issues due to a faulty hard disk drive (HDD). The system was originally supplied and maintained by Phone Patch Marketing, as noted in previous procurement documents. Although no formal contract is on record, the supplier has continued to provide technical support for the system. To restore access and assess potential data recovery, Phone Patch Marketing has been recommended by the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) through a Resolution for Direct Contracting to conduct the necessary diagnostics and repairs.
