1.The Municipality of Tampakan, through the AB CY2025 20% MDF 3919-1-07-05-010 intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱ 1,400,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PWS-WELL DRILLING, SUBMERSIBLE PUMP AND ACCESSORIES AT SITIO LAMNIBONG, BARANGAY LAMBAYONG, TAMPAKAN, SOUTH COTABATO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
