Description : Project Title: Procurement of Event Management Services for the Puso and Lechon Festival 2025

Description:

The Barangay Government of Gun-ob invites eligible and experienced event management firms to bid for the comprehensive planning, coordination, and execution of the Puso and Lechon Festival 2025.

This project aims to secure a professional event manager to ensure the successful and vibrant celebration of a key cultural event in our community. The scope of services will cover all aspects of event management, from pre-event planning and supplier coordination to on-the-day execution and post-event wrap-up.

The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is One Million Pesos (₱1,000,000.00). Bids exceeding the ABC shall be automatically rejected.

A complete and detailed discussion of the Scope of Services will be conducted during the Pre-Bid Conference on September 22, 2025. Interested bidders are highly encouraged to attend.
