Description : 10,000 container - PURIFIED WATER REFILL - 30.00
Specifications/Requirements
a.) The purification process of the drinking water should be at least 16 stages of reverse osmosis system.
b.) Provide sample of the purified water in 500mL bottle

Special Conditions:
a.) Supply and delivery of TEN THOUSAND (10,000) containers (5-gallons capacity) of purified drinking water for seven (7) months to the Mayor Hilarion A. Ramiro Sr. Medical Center, Maningcol, Ozamiz City.
b.) Provide free use of five (5) units of hot and cold water dispenser with no spill innovation and thirty (30) units of table top dispensers. During special events/occasion, provide additional units of dispenser for free at the request of MHARSMC.
c.) Clean dispenser at least once a month at no cost on the part of MHARSMC.
d.) In the event of malfunction which necessitates the pulling out of the dispenser, supplier shall provide service units for free.
e.) Furnish MHARSMC the result of its regular laboratory analysis (Physical/Chemical Analysis and Bacteriological Analysis) monthly or quarterly, whichever is applicable.
